Do I need to "join" anything to buy
from OUGPress.com?
No. During the checkout process, the shopping cart "registers" you so that you can receive email confirmation of shipment and tracking information. Where do you ship?
Worldwide.
OUGPress.com currently ships to destinations
in the continental United States by Federal Express (FEDEX)
and United Parcel Service (UPS) ship. If you want immediate
delivery, consider purchasing an electronic version of a
work. Other shipments, including international
shipments are shipped by USPS non-trackable air delivery;
usually delivery for these other worldwide shipments is 6-10
days. Continental United States shipments can be
overnight, 3 business day guaranteed or ground delivery, all
of which are fully trackable with email notifications.

What are your shipping rates/times?
In certain circumstances OUGPress.com has special shipping terms, usually as part of a holiday special or volume purchase. Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. Shipping times are not calculated to start until the second business day following the date of the order. YOUR ONLY REMEDY UNDER THE DELIVERY GUARANTEE WILL BE A REFUND OF THE SHIPPING FEES ASSOCIATED WITH THE ITEMS IN YOUR ORDER THAT ARE ELIGIBLE FOR GUARANTEED ACCELERATED DELIVERY.
As
a general rule, all orders are shipped next business day and we believe
that the ordering experience is equal or better than other electronic
stores.
Rates and timing are subject to change at any time, particularly for holiday shopping based upon shipper deadlines and delivery schedules. Accordingly, do not delay a purchase with the understanding that guaranteed shipping will be available at any time the future.

Important: If you use a P.O. Box for your shipping address, your order will be shipped by USPS
and not FEDEX or UPS at the same cost because these carriers cannot
deliver to those addresses and we cannot manage order revision; there is
no adjustment for the cost of the shipment. Because the United
States Postal Service does not accept FEDEX, you order with the
understanding that if you are delivering to a Post Office Box, that you
accept the terms of this exception.

What is your return policy?
OUGPress.com has a conditional return policy depending upon the nature of the item sold. Sales of books are final, because, once the back is broken or cover bent, it is no longer resalable. However, in many cases, we offer programs; any such programs are always in writing and posted. How do I mark an order
as a gift?
Gift wrapping is not necessary because we send packages
(size permitting) in
red foil envelopes.
If you want to send a gift
message, merely mark the item as a gift during the ordering process. You may send the items in your Shopping Cart to different shipping addresses--simply specify the name and shipping address of each recipient when you fill out the order form.
You can have ONE shipped to your gift recipient; please specify this during the checkout process. Included in the price of shipment, for the
ORIGINAL PRINTING currently shipping, we are sending the book in
